Dino has been actively involved in drifting for over 13 years, gaining a reputation for skill, leadership, and an unwavering dedication to the culture of motorsport.
As both a competitive driver and team owner, Dino brings a unique perspective to Gatsby Racing. He has built a diverse and talented team that competes in events ranging from grassroots drift meets to Formula Drift-sanctioned competitions. Under his leadership, the team is known not just for its performance, but for its professionalism, inclusivity, and community spirit.

Will Sawdey is the crew chief, lead mechanic, and fabricator for Gatsby Racing, where he plays an essential role in the team’s performance, reliability, and innovation. With a rare combination of mechanical mastery, leadership, and fabrication skill, Will is the driving force behind the precision and durability of every Gatsby Racing build.
From engine swaps and suspension geometry to custom one-off parts, Will’s fabrication work is the backbone of Dino Child’s competition car and the entire team’s fleet. His deep knowledge of vehicle dynamics, drivetrain systems, and chassis tuning allows him to create machines that are not only fast, but incredibly responsive and reliable under the demanding conditions of drifting.
As crew chief, Will leads the team’s technical operations with a steady hand—overseeing race prep, diagnostics, and pit strategy. His ability to manage high-pressure situations and keep the team focused and efficient makes him a trusted leader both on and off the track.

Jessica Farrar is the Media Director for Gatsby Racing and the owner of Dead Center Design, where she merges a lifelong passion for motorsports with high-level creative strategy to elevate team visibility and brand identity. A racer at heart, Jessica began competing at just eight years old in NHRA Junior Drag Racing and progressed all the way to Pro Stock Motorcycle—an achievement that reflects her drive, discipline, and deep-rooted commitment to the sport.
With firsthand experience as a professional competitor, Jessica brings an authentic, insider perspective to motorsports media. Through Dead Center Design, she produces high-quality visual branding, digital storytelling, and content tailored specifically to racing teams and athletes. Her work captures the adrenaline, precision, and emotion of drifting and motorsports while delivering polished assets that strengthen sponsor value and audience engagement.
At Gatsby Racing, Jessica serves as the creative force behind the scenes overseeing media production, promotional materials, and brand presentation to ensure every detail aligns with the team’s culture. In addition to media direction, she manages team travel logistics, and the design of new merchandise, ensuring a cohesive and professional presence both on and off the track.
Beyond her professional roles, Jessica is passionate about giving back to the racing community. She actively supports and mentors emerging racers, helping them develop their personal brands, and long-term career strategies.

Jose Arevalo is a key crew member for Gatsby Racing, contributing both hands-on technical expertise and on-track support that help keep the team competitive and reliable. Known for his strong work ethic and attention to detail, Jose plays an essential role in the preparation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the team’s cars.
A skilled fabricator, Jose is directly involved in custom fabrication, repairs, and problem-solving across the team’s vehicles. His ability to design, build, and adapt components under tight timelines ensures the cars perform safely and consistently throughout the season. His fabrication work is a critical part of the team’s success, both in the shop and during race weekends.
In addition to his technical role, Jose is the driver of the team’s G35 for Taxi Ride Along experiences. With confident car control and a strong understanding of vehicle dynamics, he delivers safe, high-energy ride-along experiences that give fans an authentic taste of drifting.
